Fees
I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly. Many insurance carriers will reimburse a portion of my fee if you submit a superbill (a detailed receipt of services that I provide). Please note that Kaiser is a notable exception and typically does not offer out-of-network reimbursement for therapy.
To make the process easier, I partner with Thrizer, a platform that simplifies out-of-network billing. Thrizer handles claim submissions on your behalf and helps you maximize your benefits with minimal effort.

Using Thrizer for Out-of-Network Benefits
I partnered with Thrizer, a platform that makes it easier for clients to use their out-of-network insurance benefits for therapy. With Thrizer, you have two options for how payments and reimbursements are handled:
Thrizer Pay
You pay only your portion of the session cost (your co-insurance), plus Thrizer’s small service fee (5% of my fee).
Thrizer pays me directly for the full session fee, so you do not need to pay me upfront.
This option functions like an in-network experience — you only pay your share at the time of service, and Thrizer handles the rest.
OON Pay (Out-of-Network Pay)
You pay my full session fee at the time of your appointment.
Thrizer then submits your insurance claim for you.
Once your insurance processes the claim, you receive your reimbursement (minus Thrizer’s 1% fee).
Which option is right for you?
Thrizer will verify your insurance benefits and help you decide. You can update your choice at any time. Email help@thrizer.com for support in deciding what is best for you.
